Thanks for this wikia site. It has helped me a lot after my XPS 15 (old model) suffered a cracked screen after a bad drop. Dell kindly tried to repair it but after two months they gave up and gave me a new XPS 15 model instead. I got the old disk back and swapped out the disk in the new laptop. (I had lots of expensive software installed on it.) It worked, although it had problems with hibernation and some devices. The help here on which drivers to use and how to disable and re-enable the SSD disk cache has been invaluable.
